Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
• Perform administrative support functions
• Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
• Handle monthly and quarterly reports
• Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll
• Support basic HR duties including entering new employee orientation information into the system

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' of experience working in QuickBooks and MS Office
• 1-3 years' of experience supporting an Accounting or HR department
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented

Pay: $21.00 - $26.27 per hour
