Assistant New Accounts Representative/Teller

JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant New Accounts Representative/Teller will be responsible for providing prompt, friendly, efficient, and professional service in the deposit area of the Bank to customers. High level of organizational, writing and communication skills are mandatory with strong emphasis on attention to details with an emphasis on servicing customers.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualification: High School Diploma/GED or higher
One year experience in Customer Service and Cash Handling preferably at a financial institution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities: Focus on providing friendly, prompt, efficient service to customers. Knowledge of bank products and services. Follow established bank policies and procedures; take direction from supervisor as well as the ability to work with others.
A list of the daily duties is listed below, but will not be limited to:
*Basic knowledge and navigation of Windows operating system
*Basic knowledge and navigation of Microsoft Office software
*Basic knowledge and navigation of internet based applications
*Teller functions- deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing
*Navigation of Fiserv ClearTouch New Accounts platform
*Navigation of Fiserv Customer Source – customer and account relationships *Knowledge of personal bank products to assist personal customers
*Knowledge of business bank products to assist commercial customers
*Perform account opening procedures for all deposit account product types
*Perform deposit account maintenance as needed
*Provide customer service for Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay
*Resolve customer problems, concerns and issues
*Perform Outgoing Wire Transfers
*Perform research customer requests for information
*Answer customer telephone inquiries
*Perform and adhere to bank regulations and compliance

The position may require you to work at any of our three locations.
