Finance Assistant

Immediately hiring a Full Time Finance Assistant for our Lincoln store in Doylestown, PA!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the F&I Manager in processing financing and leasing applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with customers to gather necessary financial information and explain financing options.
• Prepare finance and insurance contracts, accurately documenting terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with lending institutions to secure financing approvals and finalize transactions.
• Provide support to the sales team, including assisting with customer inquiries, test drives, and vehicle presentations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of vehicle inventory and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or finance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of finance and insurance procedures and regulations is a plus.
