Accounting Assistant

Job Description

This is the entry level job in a 5 person Accounting department. The incumbent will perform A/R related tasks, open Letter of Credit, communicate with overseas and Purchasing Department, plus assume general clerical tasks like filing and sending statements. The job pays $18-$22 per hour.

Qualifications and Skills

• Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, & Outlook
• Minimum 1 year of accounting work experience is preferred
• Proficient with bookkeeping and computers
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
