Ebben Masonry Inc. is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall organization and maintenance of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and will be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and general administrative duties
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Order office supplies, including printers, copiers, binders, etc.
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Complete all needed accounting tasks
- Maintain contact lists for clients and vendors
- Manage client relationships, including client requests, billing inquiries, and client follow-ups
- Manage client files and records, including keeping track of client information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Presenting bids to estimating department and preparing files with updates.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals for clients.
- Assist in other projects as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting preferred.
·Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
·Experience in a financial services environment preferred.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
