- Month end financial review
- 2-4 years full cycle accounting
- Perform the monthly financial review for the Properties assigned and provide and ask the necessary questions/comments.
- Ensure monthly financial reports are submitted to the owners on a timely manner andwith the outmost accuracy (No missed deadlines)
- Bank Reconciliation - Responsible for the review of bank reconciliations prepared by Accountants.
- Review all journal entries, schedules, and any additional supporting documents to
- Assist in training associates on all aspects of the Accounting Cycle, as needed.
- Assist RM's and Accountants with forecast, distribution calculations as needed.
- Assist RM with Sale Closing pro-rations as needed - confirm information is correct prior
- Critical Payments - Responsible for overseeing and following up with Accountants on
owner distributions, real estate tax payments, insurance payments, mortgage payments,
etc. for all properties that require. - Audit - Assist with audit inquiries and schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience managing teams
