TITAN services clients and projects coast to coast by providing engineered layout drawings, equipment management services, on-site training and on-time delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and file sales taxes on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis based on a sales tax spreadsheet updated each month. This includes reconciling the spreadsheet with the outstanding AR report (aged trial balance). This position will also reconcile the A/P aging tax accounts.
- Assist on a monthly basis with creating, scanning/emailing, and filing customer invoices for A/R.
- Prepare monthly inter-company journal entry.
- Assist with preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Write, receive approval, and post month end journal entries assigned by Controller or Accounting Manager.
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Perform special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience performing similar key position responsibilities at meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Strong analytical problem solver with the ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts.
- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with filing sales tax returns a plus.
- D365 experience is a plus.
