Account Maintenance
- Performs monthly reconciliation of department non-personnel and personnel expenses, utilizing the STAT tool and OBIEE.
- Reviews, projects, and helps analyze daily Hospital Billing and Professional Billing revenue totals for the Division, alerting Division management as needed.
- Assists the division's monitoring liaison to Financial Controls. Helps conduct quarterly review meetings, document results, provide feedback, and report to Division leaders.
Data Entry and Processing
- Uses institutional reporting tools, such as OBIEE, PeopleSoft, and Epic cubes, to run and extract data for monthly reporting and as requested by Division managers.
- Processes and uploads raw data into divisional databases, utilizing skills in MS Access and MS Excel.
- Runs queries and validates datasets
Financial Reporting
- Prepares monthly reports on revenues, expenses, FTEs, and other metrics for use by Division management.
- Designs and prepares ad hoc reports upon request.
- Monitors invoices needing approvals by preparing reports to distribute to section and department managers.
- Help with annual budget process where needed
- Assists financial team by running and/or validating monthly reports as needed.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting or related. One year of experience required with degree in Business Administration or related field. With a degree in accounting, no experience is required. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.
