Accountant Assistant

Qualifications:

•General understanding of accounting, finance, or other related fields

•Ability to prioritize and multitask

•Strong organizational skills

•Ability to work under pressure and be a quick learner

•Los Angeles, CA 90021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities•

You will be responsible for working with quickbooks to generate invoices, input bills and sales reports for the office manager

•In charge of invoicing and billing to assist the warehouse

•Compute and record numerical data

•Check the accuracy of business transactions

•Perform data entry and administrative duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
