Accountant

System One is currently seeking an Accountant for an industry-leading client in the Warrendale, PA area.
Job Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Accounting Department.
Essential Duties: Process biweekly payroll through ADP.
Set up new hires in system and ADP.
Maintain quickbooks for smaller entities.
Support month and year end financial close and reporting.
Support set up/maintenance of new projects and proposals in company database.
Assist in AP entry.
Assist with external accounting requests and audits.
Maintain database for sales tax reporting.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education/Certification Requirements: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
Experience and Skill Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience
Proficient in Word and Excel
Familiarity with Deltek Vision software and/or Quickbooks a plus
Working knowledge of GAAP a plus
