Accountant

TTI of USA is seeking a motivated accountant to join our team! The accountant will assist with a wide range of duties, including analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and performing various accounting activities.
Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
• Bank account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end financial reports
• Preparation of journal entries
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Manage balance sheet asset and liability account schedules
• Assist with payroll preparation and processing
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Ensure month, quarter and annual closings are timely and accurate
• May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Open to candidates with a minimum of 1 to 2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Must have or currently be pursuing a degree in accounting
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills (Able to create pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas)
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct a plus
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles and GAAP
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Detail oriented with ability to understand the whole process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Salary: $45-$65k (based on experience)
