Job description

Position Information
This position is responsible for providing support to the Capital Projects team in creating projects & paying invoices, processing & paying service invoices, assuring correct AP procedures are followed, reconciling and filing monthly P-Card statements with the Accounting office. Additional responsibilities are: supporting the Locksmith role in FAMIS; assisting the administration staff with special projects, budgets and reports; Provide support to the Facilities Administration Office, Director, Associate Directors, Supervisors and trades staff; co-administer the FM departmental email.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Advertised Salary: $44,000 min/yr DOE
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2 year Associate Degree - Business, Accounting, Administrative Assistant and 3 years progressive responsibility in a diverse office environment OR 5 years accounting related experience;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills ie: Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.);
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new software and to new processes;
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PeopleSoft experience;
  • FAMIS360 Software experience
