Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and a self starter individual. The Account Specialist (CSR) is the primary interface with our customer ensuring procedures are followed and customer requirements are met in the processing of their orders. The Account Specialist will manage assigned customer accounts from beginning to end. They are an intermediary between the customer and our warehouse operation. Starting pay is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Processing of customer inbound and outbound orders ensuring accuracy
- Prepare outbound paperwork and invoicing by verifying contractual rates in contract agreement
- Interact with customers via email or phone in a timely, efficient manner.
- Research discrepancies in inventory as needed
- Address customer complaints in a timely manner
Skills:
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills; accuracy
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems, Synapse a plus
- Professional Communication skills; verbal and written
- Attention to detail, organization
Requirements:
- Highschool diploma, G.E.D.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- College degree a plus

Schedule:
Mon - Fri, 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm, however, we ask candidates to be flexible and available to work when needed Mon - Fri and possible Saturdays and Sundays depending upon customer demands.
