Franklin Service, Inc. is a professional debt collection service located in Tupelo, MS. We are locally owned and have been in business since 1980. Customer service is important to us and professionalism is our goal. We are looking for passionate people who can move our company forward while providing a high level of customer service in resolving our accounts.
We are looking for individuals that are interested in a part-time position working 20 hours per week during the hours of 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. on week days and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and resolve customer delinquent accounts using professional collection skills and techniques taught during our PAID training
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently
- Computer proficiency
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with customers
We are looking for a motivated Account Specialist who is passionate about customer service. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving delinquent accounts while using your professional skills as well as collection techniques learned during your paid training. You will also focus on win-win outcomes for our customers and clients . If you are a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
