Account Representative
- Job Summary:
The Account Support Representative will interact with the company’s clients while providing support to Account Managers on case management tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists Account Managers with daily tasks and client requests.
- Processes and distributes daily reports to clients.
- Interacts with clients via telephone or email to provide support and complete case management tasks.
- Performs data entry or research projects as assigned.
- Performs quality control audits between data entry and insurance documents.
- Fields client questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the Account Manager.
- Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions for recurring tasks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Insurance knowledge is preferred but not required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
