Customer Account Representative/Delivery Driver

Customer Account Representative Position Summary-

The C.A.R manages rental accounts, meets company expectations by collecting on current and past due accounts while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and providing total customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Responsibilities:

Account Management-

• Maintain accurate records of Customer Account activity, including current and past due accounts
• Review past due accounts and communicate in person and via phone with the customers to promote timely payments
• Complete customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned
• Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to all standards

Delivery and Pick-Ups-

• Proper moving and handling to load/unload the truck, or other vehicles, per policy to safely protect coworkers and merchandise
• Safe transportation and delivery of the merchandise to customer homes in the Company provided vehicle as assigned
• Install and set up merchandise, and instruct customers on the proper use of merchandise

Sales and Showroom-

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone
• Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print materials
• Refurbish merchandise to like new condition
• Keep the showroom, backroom, and all store areas neat, clean, and organized

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Flexible work schedule
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs, with assistance if needed
• Bi-lingual is a plus
