Job Duties: May include some or all of the below
- Answers and/or assist with incoming phone calls.
- Scheduling patients appointments-new or returning.
- Obtains pertinent information in order to build patients chart or update previous information by gathering all demographic and insurance information and input accurately into eClinicalWorks (ECW).
- Checking cancelation line and/or appointment line voicemail.
- Monitors assigned providers schedule daily to ensure all available spots are filled. Adjust assigned providers schedule and reschedules patients when needed.
- Functions as an effective team member.
- Attends staff meetings.
- Performs other duties as needed and/or requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
