What you’ll be responsible for
- Act as the main commercial point of contact for your clients
- Provide ongoing value, in partnership with other key stakeholders, via QBRs and other client meetings
- Own the full renewal cycle, from initial renewal discussions through to negotiating and renewing the contract
- Own any up-sale and cross-sale opportunities within your allocated accounts
- Ensure that the client is getting the support they need from the Customer Success & Support teams
- Be the owner of any ‘grey area’

- You have a familiarity with Salesforce or other Sales enablement tools and CRMs
Other Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree in business or a science (advantageous)
- 5+ years sales experience, working at least 5 years with enterprise software customers (or similar)
- Experience in B2B SaaS, with experience in life sciences, professional services, financial services or similar
- Sales training or certifications (advantageous)
