What you’ll be responsible for

  • Act as the main commercial point of contact for your clients
  • Provide ongoing value, in partnership with other key stakeholders, via QBRs and other client meetings
  • Own the full renewal cycle, from initial renewal discussions through to negotiating and renewing the contract
  • Own any up-sale and cross-sale opportunities within your allocated accounts
  • Ensure that the client is getting the support they need from the Customer Success & Support teams
  • Be the owner of any ‘grey area’

  • You possess excellent communication skills, in writing, over the phone and in person
  • You have a familiarity with Salesforce or other Sales enablement tools and CRMs

Other Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

  • Master’s degree in business or a science (advantageous)
  • 5+ years sales experience, working at least 5 years with enterprise software customers (or similar)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, with experience in life sciences, professional services, financial services or similar
  • Sales training or certifications (advantageous)

Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
