Hours: 40-50 hours/week, flexible schedule, must be available nights and weekends
Compensation: Salaried, paid biweekly through direct deposit
Benefits: After a 90 day introductory period, you will receive:
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accruing 1 day a month for a total of 12 days per year.

Work Week Schedule:
As an Account Manager, your primary work week will be Tuesday-Saturday. Your work week will start with normal office hours with your time split between onsite tastings and meetings and phone and email communication with clients. On the weekends you will be the opening manager for your client's events, ensuring proper set-up and execution of the event as planned by you and the client. There will be occasional evening work in this role so flexibility in your schedule is necessary. We have availability for events to book any day of the week, so your schedule may shift week to week.
This is primarily customer service position, you will be focused on providing the best possible customer service to our clients. You are not the planner (for weddings, we require our clients hire a planner from our preferred list), but you will assist in many planning details to ensure that the venue provides an amazing experience for the client and the best meal of their life!
We have created a proven process that works to execute events with consistent success! That process is done in four steps:
- Onboarding Meeting with the Client - Your introduction to our new client and their event
- Food & Beverage Tasting - Planned for most weddings, tastings help direct the couples in planning out their dinner and bar menus
- Customer Service and Communication with the Client and Vendors - You will be responsible for floor plan, rental items, venue rental timeline and all of the details needed to create an event to remember.
- Final Walk Through with the Client and their Planner - Confirming all of the information from months of planning leading to event day.
In addition to the above process, you will process invoices for clients, manage vendor communication, and communication with our corporate office.
