Job Description
We are seeking experienced staffing firm Account Managers to join our team and bring our client experiences to the next level.
Account Manager Essential Functions:
· Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with client account representatives & ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to account’s needs and objectives.
· Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to address client needs efficiently.
· Proactively identify and address client concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
· Manage all aspects of account management, including calling accounts, job order management, candidate submissions, assignment confirmations, etc.
· Forecast and track key account metrics.
· Assist with requests high in severity or with escalated issues as needed.
· Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
· 2+ years account management experience in the staffing industry.
· Knowledge of MSP systems, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic staffing environment.
