Wise Landscaping, a regional leader in Landscape Maintenance, Snow and Ice Management, Landscape Enhancements, and Irrigation Management in Central and Southwest Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager. Responsibilities- Act as the primary customer contact for contracted accounts.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and Team to understand contracted services and customer expectations.
- Ensure timely follow-up and follow-through with clients, including on-site walk-throughs, to maintain positive relationships and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Propose non-contracted landscape enhancements to meet customer needs and increase satisfaction.
- Ensure that properties meet or exceed customer and Wise Landscaping expectations, and develop long-term property plans that anticipate customer needs.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals for renewals, new sales, and enhancements.
- Prepare and present proposals for renewals, new sales, and enhancements in accordance with Company standards.
- Represent the company at various events, organizations, and associations to build relationships and develop new opportunities.
- A two or four-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Horticultural knowledge.
- Experience in Account Management and customer service.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn the Aspire software platform.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgement.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours and flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Current driver's license.
- Paid Time Off (80 hours year 1, 120 hours annually year 2+).
