SalaryRavago is looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving sales of our Fermented Beverage customers in the North Coast (Napa and Sonoma) region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Identify and qualify new leads and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in wineries, breweries and cideries.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products to potential and existing customers.
- Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries regarding product application, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., oenology, viticulture, food science) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the wine industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the winemaking process and the technical challenges faced by wineries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trust.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
