Govig Healthcare Group, the premier Executive Search Firm in healthcare, is partnering with one of the top Physical Therapy providers in the country to find an Account manager in the Indianapolis area.
The Account Manager oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develops new business from existing clients, and actively seeks new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include:
- Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and referral sources within the assigned territory.
- Supporting and growing existing account base
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and educational sessions to showcase services and offerings.
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and present insights to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective strategies for client engagement and retention.
- Traveling up to 70% of the time throughout the assigned region
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often exposed to road travel and clinical environments, such as hospitals, physician offices, and clinics
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
- Healthcare Sales experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including physicians, office staff, executive, and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred
