Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated Account Manager in New Haven County to service as the primary point of contact for high-priority customers in the manufacturing industry. This role will require you to provide expert advice and support from the initial set up of the product and onwards.

Responsibilities:
- Main contract and coordinator for clients addressing their needs through the installation process and continued use of product.
- Negotiate contracts and track customer quote process.
- Monitor service requests and ensure customer's concerns are addressed with high-priority.
- Visit existing customers regularly and attend trade shows to bring in new customers.
- Be fully knowledgeable and present services available.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service role in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to understand technical/mechanical context, read schematics, blueprints, customer specifications, and engineering sketches is required.
- Experience with an ERP system.
- Understand and interpret contracts and sales agreements.
