Medical Billing Representative
Consultex Practice Management is a growing leader in revenue cycle management for addiction treatment centers across the country.
We are looking with for a remote biller to add to our team. We specialize in substance abuse and behavioral health billing.
As an Account Manager and Medical Biller, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our client's patients each day.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Medical Biller or Certification as an Medical Billing Assistant preferred or experience in lieu of certification
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Virtual work enviroment conducive to privacy.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients and respond to requests/inquiries
- Perform posting charges
- Follow up on AR for denials, slow payments, or incorrect claim statuses
- Perform completion of claims to payers
- Conduct duties in a professional and timely fashion
- Submit billing data to the appropriate insurance providers
- Process claims
- Resolve denial instances
- Achieve maximum reimbursement for services provided
- Deploy, maintain and report on various programs
