BAKERY by Frothy Monkey is hiring a Junior Account Manager & Administrative Personnel to help manage our wholesale accounts and office administration. We're looking for a personable, professional, independently motivated person who will directly assist the Senior Wholesale Account Manager and the Bakery Director, and work closely with the Bakery Management team to maintain the operations of a 7-day wholesale business. This is part or full-time (minimum 3 days per week), in-office day position that does require occasional holidays and Sundays.

We are a full-service Wholesale BAKERY in Nashville owned by Frothy Monkey. Everything we bake is from scratch. Our team of pastry and bread bakers produce Artisan breads, sandwich breads, and a wide assortment of baked goods from muffins and cookies, to layer cakes and pies. We partner with local farms and producers when possible to bring seasonal freshness to our products and to deepen the sense of community that gathering around the table can foster.

Role and Responsibilities
- Account Management of existing customers including customer service, data entry of orders and maintaining customer accounts as directed by the Senior Account Manager
- Troubleshooting customer issues, including being first response to order inaccuracies anddevising accurate response in coordination with multiple departments
- Site visits as needed to assist in customer service
- Running production reports and delivery paperwork
- Assist in payment collection and basic accounting tasks, supporting the Senior Account Manager and External Accounting Department
- Perform the day-to-day operations of office management including all office purchasing, answering phone and email inquiries, and coordinating internal and external events
- Assist in maintaining customer software databases, spreadsheets, reports and additional office documentation
- Serve as ancillary support to all teams in order to ensure wholesale production runs smoothly
Requirements
- Must be able to work Sundays on a regular basis
- Must have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to learn computer software programs used for ordering and customer support
- Office or customer service experience is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to customer locations on occasion
- Must be able to work well in a team environment, be flexible and self-motivated
