Job Description
Our client in Audubon is looking an Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with great work environment and excellent benefits. Pay is up to $22/hour. This is a hybrid role - you will train for 1 week in office, then work from home 3 days/week ongoing (Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays).
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Client Management
o Tasked with answering calls and responding to emails so that the lines of communication remain open with our clients
o Maintaining a thorough understanding of your clients service level agreements and key performance indicators
o Account Managers must maintain communication with our clients in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
o Responsible for writing and submitting proposals to our clients for approval
o Effectively resolve issues that our clients may face and see them through to completion
o Provide reports to the client as often as necessary and as requested.
o Make sure all 3rd party work order systems are accurately updated and maintained
• Vendor Management
o Negotiate with vendors regarding out of scope services in order to submit proposals to our clients with fair pricing
o Taking calls and responding to emails so that our service providers are able to speak with someone at any time in regards to work orders, payments, services, and their relationship with the company
o Effectively resolve issues that our service providers may have and continue to leave the lines of communication open so that we remain a trusted resource for our service providers
o Provide service providers with a daily overview of their open work orders and help them to manage and grow their portfolio with the company
• Internal Management
o Responsible for escalating any concerns/issues/workflow that you are not able to resolve independently
o Responsible for situational sourcing inclusive of emergency situations, preventative maintenance work orders, and out of scope projects
o Verify completion of work orders and client satisfaction
o Manage our internal platform by accepting and entering work orders
o Must maintain an understanding of your account margins
o Following up on work orders to ensure that our clients service level agreements are being maintained
o Provide updates to internal management of any work order status updates as requested
o Ability to operate independently, and to perform multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities while dealing with changing priorities and deadlines
o Manages the work order flow and ensures that updates are made to reflect the work order status
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• Maintain professionalism at all times with your peers, management, clients, and vendors
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office inclusive of Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to details
• High level of commitment to customer service
• Telephone skills and excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to work both independently and in a team atmosphere
