About the role:
We are looking for an Account Manager to focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow our Tier 3 and Tier 4 customer base. This role is based in person in Austin, Texas.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Be a key contributor to account retention and existing account growth
- Partner with multiple internal functions
- Help set the standard for a newly created function via continued iteration
You are a good fit if you:
- Manage your time efficiently, are well organized, task-oriented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Are not adverse to change as this is the first headcount for this role here at dbt Labs.
- Work well with others and are continuously open to feedback and striving to improve

Compensation:
- Competitive Salary $110,000 to $140,000 OTE (70/30 split)
