Account Manager

Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager who thrives in project management, excels in client communication, and embodies teamwork. The ideal candidate is adept at managing deadlines, efficiently allocating resources, and proactively suggesting new services to enhance client satisfaction and boost the company’s profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of services to all assigned clients.
• Facilitate rapid client onboarding and provide necessary support to team members.
• Develop detailed briefs for services and maintain effective communication with clients.
• Act as a liaison between agency staff and clients, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
• Manage and update project management software to keep track of task progress.
• Follow up with both agency staff and clients to guarantee timely task completion.
• Schedule meetings as needed with internal staff and clients as well as manage the agency calendar.
• Oversee the creation and updating of client services SOPs.
• Assist in developing proposals and estimates.
• Coordinate with independent contractors as required.
• Handle client invoicing and adhere to billing schedules.
• Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and warm calling (possible commission opportunities)
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Familiarity with Canva.
• 2-4 years experience in digital marketing, marketing agency, or related field.
• Knowledge of popular project management platforms and best practices. Knowledge of ClickUp is preferred.
• Proven experience in client relations and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Openness to suggest and implement new services for client benefit.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and software.
