The Account Manager is responsible for cross-collaborating with multiple stakeholders to define the current and future state of AGB's business process, identify issues and risks, and suggest mitigation strategies. This position is dedicated to adding value and driving topline growth, assuring business goals are achieved. The Account Manager will work with management to help define operational processes, uncover opportunities to drive sales, and conduct high impact analyses.
General Duties
- Collaborates with all of AGB's partners to find alternatives and solutions to business challenges.
- Identifies, understands, negotiates and documents business requirements with various groups.
- Develops and manages direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the business solutions are aligned with their goals and priorities, and how process automation will help them reach their goals.
- Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and standards for obtaining solutions.
- Creates and maintains a cohesive, coordinated plan to deliver solutions that meet the stakeholders' priorities within budgetary and product requirements.
- Identifies and plans necessary change management activities to implement approved new or alternative business processes.
- Executes on project plans and assist others in executing on project plans across the various groups.
- Ensures line of business priorities and resources are aligned.
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed and supported.
- Reports progress of projects to senior management.
- Ensures client expectations are met and exceeded in terms of quality of service delivered.
- Participates in resource capacity planning to ensure that customer staffing requirements are met.
- Examines financial data/statements and uses them to improve profitability.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
