The Opportunity
What You Will Do
- Manage an assigned customer account base, as well as, a set of new customer accounts as the new business Account Executive team acquires them.
- Account Managers have an outcome-based/consultative methodology while working with customers.
- Diagnose and fully understand customers’ business needs as you develop multiple relationships across the customers’ organization.
- A clear understanding of all TrustArc services and business benefits, with in-depth understanding of the TrustArc solutions you are focused on selling.
- Provide online demos and presentations to prospects/customers.
- Maintain contact with an assigned list of customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and identifying cross-sell opportunities for TrustArc’s solution portfolio.
- Responsible for forecasting and activity updates and managing your business in Salesforce.
- Meet and exceed quarterly quota objectives, monthly targets, prospecting activity and pipeline goals.
What You Will Bring
- 5-10 years of quota carrying, direct B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS solutions.
- Experience with maintaining and growing a broad set of customer relationships.
- Experience with selling & managing complex, consultative value driven engagements.
- Communicate effectively across all levels (C, VP, Dir, Mgr, etc..) and key decision makers.
- Experience with selling across multiple major industries & into multiple roles, functions & buyers.
- Track record of negotiating, structuring and executing complex agreements.
- Consistent quota overachievement via strong customer retention rates and driving growing with upsell/cross sell pipeline development.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRMPrefer: Multi-lingual (Mandarin in high demand)
