We are currently searching for an Account Manager for our client who is a prominent leader in granite, marble, quartz, and tile supply across 20+ US locations. With access to premier quarries globally, our client offers top-quality natural stone at competitive prices. This Account Manager role involves building robust client relationships, especially with fabricators/installers, catering to customer needs, and enhancing product distribution channels. You will also have the opportunity to develop relationships with architects, designers, homebuilders, and the public through various channels. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of our client's diverse product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster enduring relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact to understand and meet their needs.
- Cultivate ties with fabricators, local dealers, and community stakeholders.
- Drive sales appointments and support dealers in sales and ordering processes.
- Engage in marketing initiatives and represent the company at events and trade shows.
- Strategize upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Demonstrate profound product knowledge and assist clients in material selection.
- Communicate effectively with clients, deliver presentations, and manage contracts.
- Proactively resolve client challenges, collaborating with internal teams as needed.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in architectural, design, or construction industries.
- Bachelors degree (preferred) in a related field.
- Proficiency in high-end sales environments.
- Natural Stone sales experience preferred.

- Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.

Work Environment:
- Office-Based, but mostly local travel to meet with clients and potential clients
Compensation: $65k-$85k expected for the first year, with opportunities for more based on commission
