Company Objective
We are a rapidly growing company that has doubled the size of our portfolio in the last three years. We are seekingan organized, focused, and ambitious Account Manager tohelp maintain and add to our growth. Our AccountManagers work with the telecom industry’s top providers to negotiate revenue generating contracts for multifamily properties. Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients, while adding value to their portfolios, will be a top priority as an Account Manager. In order to achieve this, our team needs to be professional, organized, outgoing, and knowledgeable in the processes and goals of our company as well as our clients.
Your Role & Responsibilities
• Manage Client portfolios through continuousoutreach to ensure their needs are being met.
• Conduct regular due diligence on Clientportfolios to determine immediate, and upcoming opportunity to bring additional revenue to their properties.
• Communicate with telecom providers tonegotiate contract terms for our clients’ multifamily properties.
• Give recommendations to Clients based off theirportfolio needs and the due diligence conducted by the Account Manager.
• Research and upload due diligence findings intoSalesforce.
• Develop and maintain relationships with your clientsand telecom providers.
• Work closely with executives and businessdevelopment teams.
• Respond to requests from customers for informationin a timely manner and give online presentations.
• Keep management informed of all progress, including timely preparation of reports.
• Continue to build Asset Essentials Client base through referrals, business conferences, and prospecting.

• Customer Service: Customer service is key to ourcompany’s success and is what sets us apart. As an Account Manager you will need to identify each Client’s needs and objectives to create a strategic plan of approach in increasing a portfolio’s return on investment (ROI). Account Managers must always maintain respectful and professional relationships with the people they interact with daily.
• Effective Communication: Our Account Managers need to have effective communication skills;providing regular internal and external updates ontheir portfolio’s status. You must be responsive and have the ability to resolve and/or troubleshoot account issues quickly and effectively.
• Organization: Maintaining organization within your workload is key to being a top-tier Account Manager.It is imperative in this role to multitask, prioritize,problem solve, and effectively manage your time as well as your clients.
• Team Player: Asset Essentials maintains a cohesiveteam that works together in order to provide excellent Client services, and foster company success.
• Technical Capacity: As an Account Manager you willneed to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of Salesforce; running/analyzing reports and staying informed of all technological advances.
• Critical Thinking: Our Account Managers need to be proactive in their thought process. Having theability to identify, and resolve, potential Clientissues before they become problems is key.
Requirements & Preferences
• Maintain a detailed, an organized workload.
• Strong interpersonal skills and have the ability tobuild rapport with senior executives, and service providers.
• A driven and ambitious individual with a strong desireto succeed.
• Previous Account Management (preferred).
• Previous experience in multi-family industry ortelecom industry (preferred, but not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (required).
• Experience using Salesforce (preferred, but notrequired).
• Driver’s license (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree

This is an in-person position working at the corporate officein San Antonio, TX. Salary: $60,000.00 plus per year (depending on experience) + bonuses Benefits:
