Account Manager

Fusion Sign and Design, Inc. is a fast-paced, growing sign company and we are currently seeking a full-time Account Manager for our office in San Jose to join our dynamic team as we reach our next level of excellence. Experience in the sign industry is preferred. Fusion Sign & Design was established 16 years ago and has grown to eleven offices in five states. The ideal candidate must be organized, enthusiastic, and with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Business development in the San Jose area
• Inside and Outside sales
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Assess customers’ needs and provide the best solutions
• Create proposals and contracts
• Project management
• Enter sales orders
• Represent Fusion Sign & Design in a clean and professional manner
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Requirements & Skills

• 2+ years proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales
• Account Manager or relevant role

• Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate to customers and work associates
• Experience delivering client focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established sales goals
• Business development experience
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Knowledge of Building Industry is preferred
• Outstanding attention to detail and an eye for excellence
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook)
• Experience in Quick Books and/or Square Coil a bonus

This is a full-time position that is available immediately. We offer profit-based quarterly bonuses, health care, life insurance, dental, 401K, etc. Salary is DOE with commission

Pay: $65,071.00 - $91,751.00 per year
