Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a mid-level Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in account management, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute strategies to meet clients' goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track client engagement and satisfaction, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients on account performance, project status, and key metrics.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to address client needs and challenges.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools preferred.
