Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. Applicants should also be proficient with audits, spreadsheets, and other productivity software.
be the primary technical and sales liaison between us and our clients. You will be responsible to maintain the client's overall level of satisfaction with all our services. You will handle a set client list for their day-to-day service requests as well as the pricing and equipment selection for both major and minor projects.
As Account manager you will:
  • Be the primary technical and sales liaison between us and our clients.
  • Be responsible to maintain the client's overall level of satisfaction with all our services.
  • Handle a set client list for their day-to-day service requests as well as the pricing and equipment selection for both major and minor projects.
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with assigned clients.
  • Manage the Client's technical proposal process and ensure that all technical information and recommendations addressing client requirements are accurate, properly defined, and detailed.
  • Ensure clients are aligning with Compufit standard tools and solutions.
  • Develop relationships with technical product vendors to build product sales and support capabilities inside Compufit.
  • Prepare and present project, service and product quotes for clients.
  • Perform research on technologies and solutions using internal and external resources to understand the nuances of different technologies and solutions.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of account management experience preferably with IT services industry background
  • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous concurrent priorities and deadlines
  • Outstanding communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism including confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter that can thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of their collaborative start-up culture
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment
