About You
- Three to five years of restaurant management experience; full service preferred
- Ability to drive sales through excellent service, building of community relationships, and keen awareness of business and industry trends
- Strong record of developing employees at all levels
- Exceptional organizational & time management skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Operations
- Analyzes and recommends methods for improvements to contain/reduce costs and increase sales
- Monitors all food and beverage products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications
- Enforces company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, safety, dress codes, and cash handling
- Maintains a clean and safe physical environment through timely repair and upkeep. Educates assistant managers and other employees on sanitation and food handling procedures
- Upholds all company Policy and Procedure
People & Development
- Oversees training of assistant managers to ensure the development of their leadership skills, customer service skills, and fluency in all systems
- Encourages a positive work environment. Responsible for hiring, training, developing and evaluating employees
- Leads by example. Encourages two-way dialogue by providing actionable and candid feedback to staff and soliciting upward feedback from team to continue personal growth
Guest Experience
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback; effectively responds to and handles guest issues and complaints
- Acts as a brand ambassador by leading and developing community relations
- Creates memorable guest experiences by demonstrating extraordinary service and leading by example
