We are seeking an Account Manager to serve as a knowledgeable, responsive liaison to one of our airport clients. The Account Manager will assist with Synect’ creative and technological initiatives including visual communications, traditional digital signage, digital communications, and experiential marketing.
The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, self-motivated, articulate and a quick learner.
Qualified candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in an account management role with creative, marketing, or ad agency experience focusing on digital creations.
- Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen client relationships.
- Knowledge of large hub airport workings a plus.
- Ability to manage complex issues with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience formulating proposals.
- Strong verbal, presentation and writing skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Account Director to develop objectives, marketing plans, messaging, and metrics for success.
- Maintain and grow assigned accounts through collaboration and an awareness of client’s emerging needs.
- Be available to the client and onsite as required.
- Communicate client needs and goals to the Synect team and seek buy-in
- Manage request for proposals and the submission of proposals.
- Assist the Director of Accounts with client strategy, new business pitches, contracts, and renewals.
- Understand Synect’s services, and effectively communicate offerings to clients.
- Provide input on account activity and generate weekly reports.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services.
- Contribute to the strategy and business roadmap to further develop the client relationship.
