Position: Key Account Manager
Team: Account Services
Requirements:
· A professional attitude, character and effort that effects E3 profitability and culture.
· BA or BS in Business | Communication | Marketing
· 3+ Years Experience in Media, Advertising or Marketing Services
· Strong strategic thinking and communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills.
Team Role: Improve the value of existing advertiser relationships by identifying business opportunities through consistent personalized contact, responsive service, thought leadership and quality of work.
Individual Role:
· Maintain personalized contact and consistent communication with key accounts.
· Increase the mutual value of existing advertiser relationships.
· Identify opportunities (advertiser needs / challenges) that fit E3 core competencies.
· Serve as a strategic guide to decision makers in development and execution of plans.
· Ensure E3 is responsive, accurate and fair and that the needs of the advertiser are met.
· Serve as a liaison between advertiser and E3 Operations Team.
Goal: Increase revenue, gross profit and product mix from existing advertisers by effectively meeting the day to day strategic and tactical needs of key account base.
Measurement: Key measurements to include comparative growth in revenue, profit and product mix from existing advertisers.
Compensation:
· Salary commensurate with education and experience.

Evaluation:
At end of initial 90 day probationary period.
Annual job performance review by Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
