About the position:
The Account Executive will serve as a liaison between the Agency & the community regarding community and customer needs. The Account Executive will develop and implement home health programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human, financial and equipment resources. The AE will build solid relationships with local medical providers, hospitals, community organizations, Assisted Living Facilities, and other venues to promote the Agency brand and encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships, preferably in the local market.
- Previous healthcare sales and marketing preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with various internal and external people and organizations.
- Presentation skills.
- Knowledge of (or ability to learn) reimbursement programs from payer sources.
- Self-Motivated, directed, and goal oriented.
- Technically adept with Microsoft Office applications and Contact Management software.
- Work flexible hours as marketing responsibilities require.
- Valid auto liability insurance.
