- $13.00 per hr. – plus bonus opportunities!
What You Will Do:
- Engage with donors, customers, and fellow team members with a positive can-do attitude
- Promptly greeting and unloading donor vehicles, showing care with donations received
- Practice safe behaviors at all times including maintaining clear access to emergency exits & equipment
- Sort, price, stage, and recycle donations using guidelines provided
- Keep donation areas neat, clean, and organized
- Assist truck drivers & helpers with loading/unloading stock into company vehicles
- Assist team members in other areas of the store as needed to meet store production goals (think BONUS!)
What Do We Need (Requirements):
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to work without close supervision
- Must be honest and dependable
- Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance
- Must be able to safely handle heavy objects (25 lbs frequently and continuous … 50+ lbs occasional)
- Must be able to handle a very physical job … Continuous walking, standing, lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, stooping, and handling is required
- Work rotating weekends
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
