A Brief Overview
Responsible for managing the business relationship with high volume Food Service On-Premise (FSOP) customers, delivering against both Swire Coca-Cola, USA and customer objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Understand and articulate the customer's needs including key strategies, concept, competitors, and target market.
- Collaborative business planning (CBP) alignment on annual business plans while developing opportunities to drive top and bottom line business results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders ensuring that customer plans and efforts are coordinated and aligned to FSOP sales goals.
- Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with the customer and Swire Leadership.
- Perform profit analysis to evaluate contract ROI.
- Negotiates contracts with new and existing customers to ensure positive ROI.
- Forecast volume based on understanding of business and market trends / needs.
- Build relationships of trust at multiple levels and functions in order to influence key internal and external decision makers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- Must have valid Driver's License and clean MVR (2 or less minor violations or no major violations) in past 39 months required
- 2+ years Consumer Product Goods (CPG) sales experience required and
- 2+ years Customer facing role required
- Standard computer software knowledge: Excel / PowerPoint / Word
- Excellent Communication Skills: Written, Verbal, Presentation
- Detailed, organized with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work with others, internal associates, external customers and other vendors
- Ability to work independently & within a group
- Ability to make decisions & solve problems quickly
- Professional in appearance & dresses appropriate for the situation

- Min Hiring Rate $68,255.00
- Max Hiring Rate $89,584.00
