Account Executive - Oil & Gas Software (SaaS) - OH, PA, WV - 27725080
Our Client, based in Canada and founded in the 1960's is a leader in the Oil & Gas SaaS Data Management & Measurement Automation Solutions space. The Software Group was started in 2005.
This is a Hunting and Farming role, they have over 700 clients in the US that use their Field Services and Labs but only 1% of them have their Software Products, so great "hunting" ground!
Our client has offices in TX, OH, PA, and WV. Typical Clients include: ConocoPhillips, Repsol, Murphy Oil, TC Energy, etc..
This is a SaaS offering and their typical contracts are 1-3 yrs. From the Wellhead to Financial Statements so mainly Upstream and Midstream clients.
Ideally, they are looking for a mid-career SaaS Account Executive who has a Technical Degree. You need to be a Self-Starter who doesn't need Micromanagement. They have a Learning Management System for your Training.
Compensation is ($80K-$100K+ Base, $150K-$200K+ OTE, No Cap + Bonuses). 5% commission, Great Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match) + Strong Vacation Plan + Sick Days. This is a remote, home-office position. May Go Higher On Base For The Right Candidate!

What You Have:
- MUST HAVE 3-5+ years of successful experience in the Oil & Gas Software Space in OH, PA or WV.
- Consistent Record of Exceeding Quotas in the $500K-$700K neighborhood.
- Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career.
- Sales experience in the Oil & Gas Market is a MUST!
- A Relationship Builder who has been Successful!
- Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
- Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Work via a Solution Selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Plus.
- Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
- Technical College Degree or extensive Experience (Preferred).
- Personable, Fun to be Around & Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously!

Base Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00+ (May Go Higher, DOE)

Locations: Virtual, Home Office in OH, PA or WV.
