The Position

OPSWAT is looking for a midmarket Account Executive to selectively prospect for new clients in the North American territory. We specifically seek professionals with a track record of hunting, solutioning, proposing, and closing net new revenue. The successful candidate will also manage a small book of existing clients.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and target midmarket businesses with annual revenue up to $2.5B with known propensity to purchase OPSWAT products using 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to identify and jointly pursue new clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to sell OPSWAT products with internal SDR, Channel Sales Manager, and Field Marketing Director.
  • Maintain extensive account and opportunity detail in Salesforce CRM, including account win plans, customer touchpoints, sales inhibitors, etc.
  • Forecast and report revenue projections accurately to management.
  • Overachieve on annual quota, measured quarterly.

What We Need From You

  • Reside near a major city or locale with ample prospects (Tampa preferred)
  • Have 4+ years cybersecurity software or hardware sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) or relevant work experience.
  • Previous success hunting and closing new clients.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to midmarket customers.
  • History of quota overachievement.
  • Strong knowledge and utilization of MEDDIC.
  • Highly accurate pipeline management and forecasting expertise.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to customers, channel partners, and company meetings/events.
  • Previous stable employment history.
