The Role:
- Business Development: Prospecting for local clients who seek to fill IT-related positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions
- Candidate Recruiting: Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase. We train you to Source, screen, and qualify tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system - Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified – Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients
- Learning Program: Participating in our ongoing training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed

- Strong persuasion skills, accountability, and innately drive
