JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to secure new business and act as a liaison between WebbMason and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Identify and build specific marketing services prospect lists and secure qualified pitch opportunities
- Find and close new business by planning, preparing and executing high impact meetings with prospects and clients
- Approach and handle clients with the highest level of customer service with a focus on creating consultative partnerships
- Present innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Manage communication and act as the point of contact for clients
- Identify and develop a strong understanding of each client’s core objectives and challenges
- Assist in the RFP responses including approach development and authoring when appropriate
- Willingness to travel when needed
