We are expanding our sales team and seeking a dynamic Account Executive. Are you ambitious, growth-oriented, proactive, and results-driven? The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS industry. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new leads
Ability to build an outbound outreach process
Close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and recommending solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Build an SOP to manage sales at the company
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the email marketing space.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Have experience in Email Marketing Technology
Ability to build processes
CRM experience is a must-have, with preference for Active Campaign.
Proficient in MS Office or similar tools.
Have built playbooks in the past
Charismatic, well-spoken, and **good camera presence**
Independent, resourceful, and self-starter
