We're seeking a skilled Account Executive to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in forging new customer relationships, nurturing existing ones, delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations, and effectively closing sales. Job Duties:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries with a focus on understanding their needs and introducing TrendSpider's solutions.
Perform demonstrations of our products and services to potential customers, emphasizing TrendSpider's unique features and benefits.
Demonstrate TrendSpider's tools and capabilities in real-world trading scenarios to showcase practical applications and advantages.
Grow relationships with existing customers by understanding their ongoing needs and offering tailored solutions.
Identify potential enterprise clients and initiate outreach to start conversations, highlighting the value TrendSpider brings to large-scale trading operations.
Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our solutions, aligning them with the specific needs and pain points of both retail and enterprise clients.
Consistently follow-up with potential customers to close deals, employing a balanced approach of persistence and customer-centric understanding.
Provide clear documentation and record-keeping of all client interactions via our CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and continuity in customer relationships.
Work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of TrendSpider's offerings.
Develop a deep understanding of the issues that target buyers face in the trading sector, and how TrendSpider's tools can address these challenges.
Anticipate and skillfully handle objections, using a well-informed approach to reassure and convince potential clients of the value of our solutions.
Skills:
Excellent communication and rapport building skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of technical analysis, trading indicators, and related concepts, ensuring a strong understanding of the tools and solutions TrendSpider offers.
Comprehensive product knowledge of TrendSpider's tools and features, enabling effective demonstrations and solution selling.
Extensive trading and investing experience (primarily stocks and ETFs), providing credibility and insight when engaging with users from the trading community.
Familiarity with competing trading tools and solutions already on the market, to strategically position TrendSpider in sales conversations.
Broad knowledge of the target market, understanding their needs and pain points, to tailor solutions effectively.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring clear documentation and record-keeping, particularly in client interactions and CRM management.
Results and data-driven decision making, utilizing insights to guide sales strategies and customer engagement.
Persistence in follow-up, demonstrating dedication to closing deals and building lasting customer relationships.
Ability to sell solutions based on customer needs and use cases, rather than just product features, aligning with client objectives and challenges.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in Account Management or Sales, with a preference for experience in SaaS-based solutions.
At least 3 years of personal experience with stock or crypto trading and/or investing, demonstrating a deep understanding of the trading domain.
Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales processes, showcasing versatility and adaptability in different sales environments.
Familiarity with experience with competing trading enablement tools already on the market, such as Bloomberg, TradingView, and MarketSmith, to effectively understand and position TrendSpider in the competitive landscape.
