SUMMARY STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Account Executive is responsible for generating new revenue opportunities for Tooling U-SME. An Account Executive must be capable of demonstrating consultative and solutions selling-approaches by fostering strategic relationships with the key decision makers and leadership from manufacturing organizations.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for generating new revenue opportunities for Tooling U-SME with an established individual and team goal.
- Works with key decision makers and leadership of manufacturing organizations.
- Uncover, build and deploy a large array of training and workforce development solutions.
- Develops a strategic business plan that demonstrates recognizable growth patterns within existing and new accounts.
- Accomplishes customer meetings goals in person, on phone and through WebEx.
- Manages an extended sales cycle to involve various participants and solution mixes in order to maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
- Prospects to manufacturers that relies heavily on outbound phone calling.
- Manages sales activity within salesforce.com
- Responsible for attaining key performance metrics relating to sales competencies and activity frequencies
- Is technology savvy, and has ability to adapt prospecting methods to include new and emerging social media tools and other aggregate contact sharing applications.
- Strong organizational sales acumen that relies heavily on utilization of sales calendar, task setting and thorough completion and documentation of all activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
