Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service. Understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and exceed expectations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, as well as through prospecting and lead generation efforts. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and pain points, and recommend tailored solutions and services to address their needs. Articulate the value proposition of Tribeca Outsourcing's offerings and differentiate our services from competitors.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, outlining the benefits and ROI of our solutions. Negotiate terms and contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Develop and maintain account plans for key clients, outlining objectives, strategies, and action plans for achieving sales and revenue targets. Track progress, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to drive results.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering solutions and services to clients. Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure commitments.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value and results for clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with experience in Salesforce preferred.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and competitive market.
